About this Event
Bringing together artists at different stages of their careers, this panel considers how practices are built, sustained and continually reworked over time. Through approaches spanning collage, painting, and sculpture, the conversation will explore how artists assemble meaning from fragments: memory, archive, material and lived experience.
Reflecting the dual position many artists occupy as both learners and educators, the discussion will move between studio practice and pedagogy, asking how knowledge is formed, shared and challenged within contemporary art contexts.
Moderated by Tom Cardwell, the panel will feature Vivien Delta, Roland Knowlden, Ruba Nadar and Eric Parker, whose work engages with systems of power, cultural memory, image-making and the construction of personal and collective narratives.
