Welcome to the ASICS Road to 26.2 marathon training series.
Get ready to move your body and your mind with ASICS across our three-part training programme.
Kicking-off on Wednesday 26th February at the ASICS Oxford Street store, Road to 26.2 is perfect for anyone looking for support as they prepare to take on the marathon distance.
Across the three events ASICS is offering runners expert-led sessions from industry leaders from the worlds of running, movement, nutrition, recovery and mindfulness.
Each session will combine expert advice and practical demonstrations with a guided run to give runners the full training experience.
Event one - A guide to running technique and shoe selection - February 26th
Event two - A guide to nutrition and recovery - March 12th
Event three - A guide to race day planning and mental preparation - April 10th
Prizes will be available for any runners that attend all three events.
