Take your pizza game to the next level with bold Asian-inspired flavours and hands-on techniques.
Join us at The Skript Kitchen for a fun and interactive Pizza Making Class with Chef Steven Che, Chef and Owner of Just Pizza.
In this class, you will learn how to make pizza dough from scratch, prepare two signature sauces, and build your own pizza using a chef-curated selection of toppings. This special edition features Asian-inspired flavour combinations that bring a unique twist to classic pizza.
Chef Steven will guide you through how to balance flavours like sweet, savoury, heat, and acidity to create a perfectly layered pizza.
Once the pizzas are baked, we will enjoy them together in a relaxed, social setting.
You will also take home one ball of pizza dough so you can keep practicing at home.
As a special feature, Chef Steven will also be sharing a sneak peek into his upcoming fine dining restaurant, HAISAN, opening this July. You will get a glimpse into the inspiration, flavours, and techniques behind his next culinary concept.
