Following the Charles Cup, we welcome teams and guests for a special Asian Engagement Weekend — an international polo event bringing together sport, families and the wider community.
This weekend is all about connection. While the polo will be just as exciting, the atmosphere will have a relaxed, family-friendly focus, perfect for introducing friends and children to the game.
Bring the kids, invite the neighbours, and enjoy a classic picnic day out at King’s Meadow.
General Admission (Free)
General admission to Kings Meadow Polo Field is free. Spectators are welcome to bring a picnic blanket or chair and enjoy the match from the open grass areas surrounding the field.
For the best viewing positions directly along the sideline, we recommend securing a Shade Bay, which provides a reserved field-side location and guaranteed space for your group. You can park behind.
Alternatively, additional casual viewing space will be available on the north side of the field. This area is slightly further from amenities such as the toilets, but offers plenty of room to set up your own spot without needing to reserve a space in advance.
You can secure a Shade Bay for your family or group and enjoy your own private space with direct car access for an easy, comfortable setup.

What to Bring:
• Picnic food & drinks (BYO welcome – no bar on site)
• Chairs, rugs & a shade structure
• Games for the kids
• Friends and family
Bush picnic games, the Ladies’ and Men’s Dash, and food and coffee vendors will be available throughout the day.
