Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is a meditative, breath-centered practice that links a set sequence of postures through flowing movement (vinyasa). With each inhale and exhale guiding transition, the practice builds internal heat, purifies the body, focuses the mind, and cultivates presence and awareness.
