ASC Strong is a group personal training session that improves your full-body strength and athleticism. These workouts include dumbbells, kettlebells, and other functional equipment to make you stronger and well-balanced.

Pricing and Discounts: ASC Strong costs $40 for a single session. Or, to save money with an ASC membership.

Other Details:

• All levels are welcome. Modifications can be provided for each exercise.
• Free street parking is available.
• We do not cancel workouts due to weather. If it rains during a workout, there is a very large overhang at Lubber Run that we use and stay dry under. The shade from the overhang also keeps us cool if it’s very hot outside.
• Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
• This event will begin on time. We do not want to have to turn you away for arriving late.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
