ASC Field Trip (Sunrise Workout in Washington, D.C.)

ASC Field Trips are expert-led workouts outside of Arlington, VA. Join Arlington Sports Conditioning (ASC) as we train at the most scenic outdoor locations in or near the Washington, D.C. area.

This workout will include a running tour through some of D.C.'s most scenic spots, with stops along the run for various body weight and core strengthening exercises. We will meet at the Reflecting Pool at the Lincoln Memorial and begin the workout with a group warm-up.

Pricing and Discounts: Tickets are available for $40 per person. Or, to save over 50% per session with an ASC membership.

• Street parking is available at the location.
• Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
