About this Event
ASC Fast is a group personal training session that improves speed, endurance, and overall athleticism.
This special edition workout includes an 800-meter race (two laps around the track). Attendees who do not want to do the race can skip this segment of the workout.
After the 800-meter race, we'll take a recovery break. Then, we'll do a team obstacle course race.
ASC Founder Pete Leibman will divide the group of attendees into teams of three (based on estimated one-mile times) for the team obstacle course race.
Pricing and Discounts: ASC Fast costs $40 for one session. Or, to save money with an ASC membership.
Other Details:
- All fitness levels are welcome.
- The event location is metro-accessible and parking is also available.
- Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
- We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
- Please arrive early. We do not want to turn you away for arriving late.
- All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
