As a beacon for women searching for the answer to self-love, empowerment and physical wellness, her passion is to motivate and uplift women into their highest selves.
In 2022, she started Femme Forte' DAF. This started with just a few women getting together to commit to physical health and increasing flexibility. Little did they know that it would grow into the thriving community of not only body transforming but mindset shifting platform it is today. Passion and enthusiasm go hand in hand with everything she does. Now a Level 2 certified ASA! Fitness instructor. She is also certified in stretch instruction, reflexology and S.T.E.A.M., which stands for Soul Transforming Energy and Movement. She's loves people together in person and virtually from all over the country through my weekly classes.
