No previous skills necessary, just a burning desire to make your own sourdough bread, building enough skill to start making your own artisan sourdough bread at home. Please bring a container, to take some bread home if we have leftovers, your purchase of the starter is ($10) all other supplies and ingredients are supplied!
$80/ pp, + starter $10, usually small classes so you get full attention and I show you the whole 24 hour cycle of baking with sourdough in the class by having samples at different stages and every one gets a chance to sample the techniques.
