About this Event
Join us for a morning of creative yoga with Nikhita Devi. The session will consist of a short sketching exercise at the beginning and end of a yoga lesson which has been designed to stretch and relax the body, invigorate the mind, and encourage creativity.
Important information
- Yoga matts are unfortunety not provided. Please bring your own yoga matt
- We recommend bringing your own water bottle
- Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move and stretch in. No yoga pants necessary, but no jeans if possible.

This event is FREE to attend but we welcome donations!
Any contributions , however small, help us cover the cost of materials and snacks, support the running of future events, and allow us to keep these sessions free and accessible. All SCRAM events are organised and run by SCRAM members on a voluntary basis — none of us are paid — so any support is deeply appreciated.

The event will take place on the second floor. The building is not wheelchair accessible and there are stairs to every level with no lifts:
4 steps to front door
19 steps to first floor
19 steps to second floor where workshop space is
There are two toilets on the second floor and these do not have any grab rails.

Schedule
10.30 - arrive, settle, sketch
10.40 - 1 hour yoga lesson involving an intro to breath work, gentle stretches and ending with a lying down meditation (shavasana)
11.40 - 5 min ending sketch and gentle closing
11.45 - End
