Join me for a relaxed, joyful workshop where we’ll explore the beauty of abstract impressionist landscapes and the magic of layering paint to create depth and atmosphere.
I’ll gently guide you through the process, sharing techniques for building texture, allowing colours to flow, and discovering how a painting slowly comes to life on canvas. This is a space for curiosity, play, and creative connection — perfection is not required.
We’ll begin with a step-by-step demonstration, walking through the foundations of the painting together. Once you feel comfortable, you’ll choose your own colour palette and start creating your background. Throughout the session, I’ll move around the room offering guidance, tips, and little creative secrets to help your artwork evolve naturally.
As the backgrounds develop, we’ll turn our attention to the main composition — whether that’s flowers, trees, or a more abstract expression inspired by feeling and mood. You’ll be invited to reflect on what you love about your work and gently refine it, so you leave feeling confident and proud of your finished piece.
This workshop is all about creative freedom and personal expression. No two paintings will be the same — each one becomes a unique reflection of its creator.
