Do you need to shed some stress after work? Yoga is the perfect solution, and it’s back at the Utah Museum of Fine Arts this spring! Wait out the rush-hour traffic and decompress at the Museum before heading home.
Join Micha Hori from YogaSix Sugarhouse in the UMFA Great Hall every Wednesday, March 25 through April 15, to learn the art of yoga and explore the unique connections between yoga practice and themes in the UMFA galleries. All levels of experience and ability are welcome! There will be four sessions in all, and guests are welcome to attend as many as they would like.
