This Heart Healing Forgiveness Journey is a sacred inward passage designed to support emotional reconciliation and the return to wholeness with a deeply impactful and immersive experience.
Through conscious connected breathwork, you are guided into a deeply transformative inner landscape where the heart is invited to release burdens it was never meant to carry alone. This process supports the clearing of emotional residue, softening of protective armor, and restoration of compassion, insight and release both for self and others.

Following the breathwork experience, you will be immersed in a restorative soundbath designed to support nervous system regulation, integration, and energetic coherence. Vibrational resonance assists the body in settling, processing, and restoring internal harmony.

No prior breathwork experience is necessary.
All emotions are welcome. Trauma and triggers may be brought to the surface, experience or comfort with a willingness to navigate big emotions is recommended. Space holders will on site.
