Art Club for Wellbeing

In a world where we are always on, this is your chance to switch off!

Art Club is a safe space where you will have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself in these relaxed sessions during which we work in a different medium each week.

We create an environment where you work at your own pace and, through the process of making art, will reframe your thinking, create headspace, learn to trust yourself and practice positive habit-building with the guidance and support of artist and neurodivergent specialist Zoë, who's personal journey led her to practice art as therapy.

In the heart of Hackney, in Homerton Library's beautiful upstairs hall, just off Chatsworth rd, come and find your tribe and start to create the mental space you crave and learn skills to be able to live your life authentically and unapologetically.

This is a 10 week course, but you can attend as many classes as you wish. At the end of the 10 weeks, we will have an exhibition where you have the opportunity to invite friends and family to see your work and share your Art with the world (If you want!)

Please note: You can arrive late, leave early, have as many breaks as you require this is a non judegmental accepting class for you! No previous experience of art practice neccesary.

Children are welcome for £5 extra; please choose the parent ticket when booking.
