Allow yourself to be held by the warmth of ceremonial cacao, to breathe deeply and reconnect with your inner essence. Experience the gentle unraveling of stored family patterns through Family Constellations, the vibrational release of Sound Healing, deep connection of Authentic relating and the joy of moving freely in Ecstatic Dance.

As paint meets canvas in Mandala Art, and voices rise in a Medicine Song Circle, this weekend offers not just practices, but a journey back to yourself. Feel the energy of like-minded souls, connect heart-to-heart, and leave with a renewed sense of wholeness, clarity, and joy.

Meet Your Facilitators & Daily Highlights

This weekend is guided by a dedicated team of facilitators, each bringing their unique gifts and wisdom:

Friday evening - Begin your journey with our Opening Ceremony led by Matt B. followed by Matthew S., who will lead Authentic Relating & Conscious Body Connection, creating a safe space to explore deeper connections and meaningful conversations.

Events time: 6PM-9PM

Saturday -

Start your day with a calming Yin Yoga session led by Nejla, easing into the day. Depending on your interest, you can then participate in a powerful Family Constellations session guided by John and Alicia, to uncover hidden family dynamics and heal generational trauma. Alternatively, you can attend a lecture on plant medicine and astrology for self-discovery. Conclude your day with a deeply relaxing Sound Meditation Healing session, using sound to harmonize your energy.

Sunday - Receive the rise of a new day with a heart opening and activating container co-created by Dalila and Vanja. The warmth of the heart will be elevated with a Cacao Ceremony shared by Dalila. Then the deepening of its activation will be lead by Vanja through SPIRITUS Breathwork, a transformative practice to release stored emotions and promote healing. Engage in a creative Mandala Painting Workshop with Vanessa and Melody, and close the weekend with Gisel and Grace’s Embodiment Practice & Ecstatic Dance, followed by a soulful Medicine Song Circle with all facilitators. Bring your own mat.

Breathwork is a deep experience in itself and safety is of utmost importance to us. Due to the nature of this work, the deep processes, and breathwork there are certain contraindications that will stop you from being able to attend. If you are unable to join us for breathwork we will have an immersive meditation experience for you at the same time.
