Come join us at the Wellness Lounge Mission Bay for a relaxing and creative session of art and relaxation. Let your creativity flow as you engage in therapeutic acrylic art painting and yoga guided by our experienced instructors. This event is a perfect opportunity to de-stress, express yourself, and connect with others in a calming environment. No artistic skills are required - just bring an open mind and willingness to explore your emotions through art.
There will be live music of the Grateful Dead next door, along with opportunity to purchase beverages and food. Some refreshments will be included at the lounge. There will be an intermission around 5pm to break for food.
No worries on the end time, the art instructor will lead you step by step through your holiday-themed painting. The lounge has therapies to explore afterwards such as Reiki and trigger point therapy. Explore the walking path along the coastline. This is a day full of relaxation!
