An evening of Spoken Word on Bristol's Harbour front. Calling all spoken word artists to perform on our lamp lit terrace stage. It's an opportunity for both experienced and first-time performers to use our space and try their hand at a live performance.
Poets who perform will be given a free half pint on the house for sharing their work.

Our headliner for this week's event is the wonderful, Angela Innes!
Angela Innes (she/they) has a degree in crime scenes and and is currently a masters researcher in sexuality and gender. Alongside this, she performs poetry about topics such as sexuality, heartbreak and empowerment. Angela Innes’ debut collection of poems, ‘good girl’ is a raw presentation of intimacy gone wrong, the untold after and the quiet celebration of when it goes right.
Open mic slots will run on a Name-in-the-hat basis and will be randomly selected on the night. All slots are a maximum of 5 minutes long.
