About this Event
We are Rachel & Lucy and we warmly invite you to join this sacred peaceful space. We are both experienced practioners in a range of modalities which we love to blend in a way that fully supports your head, heart and body.
2025 was an intense year where for many, all the things we wish to shift or clarify came up to be seen. For some this was an acceleration into goals for personal growth and the pursuit of peace . For many others it meant physical ailments intensified, old habits and mindsets stubbornly persisted and / or circumstances felt no longer bearable.
With spring in the air, and so much momentum of new energy rising through it feels like so many shifts are there now for us to step into. There is a true rising where sensitive people particularly are finding new ground and strength. Goals that felt like they needed to happen feel right within grasp.
You have done so much work already, now you can let the energy carry things through. We will guide you through powerful meditation, bathe you in energy healing and sound, and support the emergence that is already rising from within you.
A supportive friendly and warm circle space where you are supported and welcomed yet also given your own quiet space.
Please bring a blanket and water bottle. We provide mats or chairs, pillows, tea and treats (V & GF)
