🧘 What to Know
• Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in
• No food 3 hours before the session
• Wear something soft and comfortable socks are nice if you get gold feet or an eye mask if you wish to stay internalised during the session.
• Mats are provided, but bring your own if you prefer.
Getting there & Parking
We are a 15 minute walk from Ladbroke Grove tube station.
Buses number 70, 7 stop right outside the clinic.
There is parking on nearby roads for £1.20 an hour.
