About this Event
Overview: Diversity and opera rarely appear in the same sentence. Dull, stuffy, and inaccessible are the adjectives most often applied to this 300-year-old singing spectacle usually performed in Italian, French, or German. Today, an unlikely group of four young artists is breaking barriers on world stages to create a place for themselves and cultural relevancy in the obscure and mysterious art of opera.
