Join us for a special afternoon workshop with Mark England, co-founder and Head Coach of Enlifted.

In this 90-minute interactive workshop, Mark will guide us through language practices using the Enlifted Method that reveal how the words we use shape our nervous system, identity, and performance. The Enlifted Method has been used by coaches, athletes, and leaders around the world to transform the language shaping their mindset and performance.

After the workshop, Dana Schmit will lead a guided sound bath to help the body integrate the shifts created during the session.

We'll close the afternoon with organic nourishment prepared by Chef Dave.

Please bring a journal and pen. Optional: yoga mat or blanket for the sound bath.
