This interactive session will equip you with practical knowledge to help protect yourself and your loved ones in emergency situations:
Get a Kit
Learn what essential items every household should have in a disaster supply kit.
Make a Plan
Create a clear, effective emergency plan tailored to your family.
Be Informed
Understand the most likely risks in your area and how to respond with confidence.
You’ll also receive hands-only CPR instruction, including how to:
- Check for consciousness
- Contact emergency services
- Perform continuous chest compressions
Please note: This session does not provide CPR certification.
