Gebert reveals the untold stories behind Chicago's globally celebrated culinary scene, from revolutionary chefs to kitchen disasters to public uproars to Michelin stars, as told by the cooks, servers, restaurateurs, critics, dreamers, and rebels who built America's fearless food city.
