Black Mental Health Rocks invites you to join us for “Are You Ready to Heal From Your Trauma?” Series 1, a safe and supportive mental health workshop designed specifically to center and uplift the community.
This workshop is the first session in our healing series and focuses on beginning the journey of understanding trauma, its impact, and how healing can start in healthy, practical ways.
The session will be led by a licensed mental health therapist, providing professional guidance, open discussion, and tools to support emotional wellness.
