Learn the life-saving basics of QPR: Question, Persuade, Refer — three simple steps anyone can learn to help someone in a suicide crisis.
Just as CPR training helps people respond to medical emergencies, QPR training helps everyday people recognize the warning signs of suicide, start an important conversation, and connect someone to the help they need.
You don’t need to be a counselor or clinician to make a difference. Friends, coworkers, family members, neighbors, and community members can all play a role in saving lives.
Free to attend. Community members of all backgrounds are welcome.
