🟣 7pm: Lindy 1 and Collegiate Shag 1.5
🟣 8pm: Beginner Swing Dance and Lindy 2
No partner needed for any class. We rotate so you'll get a chance to meet and dance with lots of different people. Bring a water bottle and comfy shoes!
** 7PM - 8PM **
🔵 Lindy Hop (Level 1): Progressive course. Foundations of Lindy Hop, a partnered dance done to various tempos. Each week reviews basic footwork and connection with new fundamental moves and concepts every week. Swing-out Focus
🔵 Shag (Level 1.5): Progressive course. Partnered dance done to uptempo music with a range of foot work.
** 8PM - 9PM **
🔵 Beginner Swing Dance: Drop in class. Step into the world of Swing! Learn about the music, rhythm and how to dance basic patterns of Swing and Lindy Hop. No experience nor partner needed! This is an open-enrollment, drop-in class and students may join at any time during the month.
🔵 Lindy (Level 2): Progressive course. Lindy Hop Level 2 requires instructor approval. Students must complete all four months of Lindy Hop Level 1 (A, B, C, and D). Students must be able to dance the Swingout, Circle, tuck turn, send out, side pass, and inside turn to closed position. Students should have a general comfort with things like the skip up and kick through.
Common areas of focus include variations on tuck turns, sailor kicks, and redirects.

** 9PM - 10:30 PM **
🟡 Swing Break Social Dance: Try out your new moves on the social dance floor!
🟢 $10 General Admission/$8 Annual Members
Join for free if you take a Tuesday class (or two)​.
