This month we are blessed to have a guest speaker!Richard Osgood is the Senior Archaeologist for the Defence Infrastructure Organisation.
He will be coming along to talk about the curious history and excavations that have taken place on Burrow Island (Rat Island).
Richard is also a firm advocate of Operation NIGHTINGALE which is an outreach programme to encourage HM Forces veterans to get involved with archaeological digs.
All are welcome, the usual fee of £3 per person to attend.
