About this Event
As the world shifts into spring, April Awakening invites you to pause and tune into your own internal shift, noticing how your body moves out of winter’s stillness into a season of growth, movement, and renewed energy.
This 2-hour workshop is a guided journey through the body, inspired by the rhythm of a full day. We’ll begin slowly, with grounding breathwork and gentle awareness practices, creating space to reconnect and listen inward. From there, we’ll gradually “wake” the body through yoga-based movement and somatic exploration, inviting curiosity around sensation, pace, and presence.
As nature blooms, you may notice shifts within yourself too, physically, emotionally, and energetically. This workshop offers a supportive environment to explore those changes, reawaken your senses, and move with intention rather than urgency.
We’ll close with a reflective journaling practice, giving you time to integrate your experience and put language to what’s been unfolding within you this season.
