• Current trends and initiatives addressing homelessness in Colorado
• Legislative updates under consideration or recently passed at the state level

This meeting is a great opportunity for real estate professionals, builders, and industry partners to better understand the evolving housing landscape in Colorado and how current policies may impact buyers, sellers, and development.

• Our General Meetings are held on the second Wednesday of each month.
• These meetings are a benefit to our members.
• If you are not a member, you may attend two times free of charge. After the second visit, you must join as a new member.
• The meeting time is 9am to 11am.
• The meeting location is at 8055 E Tufts Ave, Denver, CO 80237 (same building as Heritage Title Company's DTC Office), in the 2nd floor conference room.
• Parking: There is open parking in the parking lot. There is an additional parking pad on the upper level on the north side of the building. On the upper level parking pad, there are stairs located in the middle towards the front. The stairs will lead you down to the north entrance. There is also a parking garage located on the west side of the parking lot.
• All meetings are hybrid meetings - in-person and via Zoom.
