Join us on Saturday, April 25, 2026, from 10 am until 12:30 pm, for the March BAVC meeting. It will be held in the Activity Room on the third floor of Pickersgill Retirement Community, 615 Chestnut Ave, Towson, MD 21204.Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in gesneriads (African violets and their cousins) and wants to improve their growing skills. Our club provides a forum for African violet enthusiasts to share their interest in the propagation and culture of the African violet and other gesneriads.
Our members include men and women of all ages. Some recently got their first African Violet. Others have years of experience to share. We generally meet once a month in the Baltimore County / Harford County areas from September through May.
We share ideas, swap leaves, and learn more about African Violets and their cousins, gesneriads, each month. We hold plant sales and shows periodically throughout the year. Guests are always welcome! Refreshments provided.
