  • Conflict Mindset - Practice techniques to identify listening blocks leading to conflict, building empathy for various perspectives and patterns to adjust communication to constructive mindset to engage in conflict.
  • Leadership - building abilities for all voices to be heard and engaged.

Note: This is the first half of the Conflict Essentials workshop. The second half covers mindset and tools for the conflict discussion resolution.
