This is an opportunity to learn Eddie Quinns Approach Self protection method from Instructor Roy Moore.In the self defence class you will learn what you need to know to protect yourself in instances of violence using simple to learn, easy to reproduce movements that work under stress.
No experience necessary - this course is for all Adults and mature teenagers with parental consent - ideal for parent and child together.
The cost is £45 per person.
If you have trained in the Approach with me before and wish to maintain your skills it costs just £25.
The venue is Ward Road gym in Dundee.
