This will be an exciting evening as we're Emmy-nominated director Craig Singer gives us a behind-the-scenes look at his latest film THE BLOCK. Portions of the film were shot in and around Asbury Park and the greater Monmouth County area. Craig will give us insight into shooting locally, provide some best practices uncovered filming his latest project and the challenges of indie-film distribution. Craig Bio: Craig Singer is an Emmy-nominated director. His theatrical film 6:45 has earned him multiple awards, including Best Feature, Paris Independent Film Festival; Best Horror Feature, Hong Kong Indie Film Festival; and Best Director, Catalina Film Festival. He was nominated for an Emmy in the interactive fiction category in 2008 and his series have been honored many times by the Tellys and Webbys. He's also an author of the book MOGULS: The Lives and Times of Hollywood Film Pioneers Nicholas and Joseph Schenck.
