Our movement series is here to give back to those who give so much . A space to beat the Sunday scaries, ease the anxiety of teaching and restore the energy we pour into others through gentle restorative flows, expansive breathwork and guided affirmations.
BYO: Mat and anything else you like for a practice e.g. eye mask / pillow and lots of water.
