Feeling single, lonely, over it, or just done with the pressure, the pink hearts, and the performative romance?
This afternoon is for real humans who want to be together — without pretending, without couples-only energy, without forced love narratives.
We’re creating a warm, grounded space to move, breathe, share food, and sit together in honesty and ease. A place to feel your body, regulate your nervous system, and remember that you’re not alone.
This is about community, shared experience, and filling the gap Valentine’s Day often creates — especially for those who don’t fit the script.
✨ What we’ll do together
• Gentle yoga to arrive in your body
• Breathwork to release tension, sadness, and emotional overload
• Somatic movement to shake off heaviness and reconnect with aliveness
• Warm tea and grounding rituals
• A simple, nourishing shared dinner
• Time to sit, eat, talk (or not), and be held by the group
No fixing. No forcing joy. Just being together.
