Join the Anti Fast Fashion Fashion Club for our first event.
Our first event will be organized and hosted by Itohan Asemota of HNI Collective and Ruby Gertz of Spokes & Stitches on Sunday, July 21st from 2-5pm at the Spokes & Stitches studio in Firehouse Arts Germantown.
“Brandy Hellsville & the Cult of Fast Fashion” is an HBO Original Documentary that uncovers the toxic origins and culture of the popular teen brand and the global ramifications of mass-produced clothing. This documentary had support from several fashion nonprofits and organizations including Remake & the OR Foundation (run time: 91 minutes)
