Please join us for ISACA Puget Sound’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) which includes officer elections. Lunch will be provided. Following the AGM we are pleased to have Jeromie Jackson, Director of Security & Analytics, Nth Generation present on the topic of "Leveraging AI To Attack & Defend Organizations". In this talk, we will demonstrate and discuss how organizations are leveraging artificial intelligence in a cybersecurity context. Red teamers are using it to help break in. Defenders are using it to simplify their interactions with security technologies, and then we have attackers who are specifically focused on attacking the AI itself. We will cover several attack strategies as well as the OWASP Top 10 for Machine Learning and MITRE's Adversarial Threat Landscape for Artificial-Intelligence Systems (ATLAS) Framework.
The AGM will start at 11:30 AM, with voting shortly after, followed by the presentation with an ending time of 1:00 PM PDT. Your attendance is greatly appreciated and will be rewarded with 1.5 CPEs! The chapter Bylaws require a minimum quorum of at least 25 members for voting for the incoming board. Please visit the website https://engage.isaca.org/pugetsoundchapter/home for candidate information. Non-members may join for a nominal fee of $20, but cannot participate in the vote.
This is our last planned meeting until September, so don’t miss your opportunity to get your CPEs and join in a lively discussion!
