All Annapolis Striders members are invited to help represent our club at the 2026 RRCA Ten Mile Club Challenge, a friendly competition between Maryland & DC's RRCA-affiliated running clubs taking place on Sunday, February 22nd, 2026 at Howard Community College in Columbia, Maryland!Participants run the rolling 10 mile course individually, but the event is scored cross-country style, with a variety of age- & gender-based club awards up for grabs. That said, runners of all ability levels are welcome on our Annapolis Striders team! (The event *does* have a 2 hour 10 minute cutoff time, though, so you'll need to be capable of running 10 miles at under 13:00 per mile.)
While this year's Club Challenge entry fee is $35 plus $3.86 processing, the Annapolis Striders will be reimbursing you with $20 cash when you pick up your bib number on race morning! But you do need to register in advance at https://register.chronotrack.com/r/90084 no later than Thursday, February 12th, as there is no late or race day sign-up. You will also need our club-specific code in order to register; you'll find it in the most recent edition of our E-Streak e-mail newsletter, or you can e-mail [email protected] to get the code from our team captain.

Not up to a hilly ten miler? You can still represent us as a volunteer at the Club Challenge! The Challenge is hosted by the Howard County Striders and they need a large number of volunteers to put on this event every year.
