About this Event
Join us at Filbert Street Garden for a workshop with Animal Husbandry Coordinator Kharey Gayle to learn about the ins and outs of Animal Husbandry in Baltimore City. This class will cover habitat, space requirements, health care, licensing, and more for animals legal to own or care for in your own backyard. Regardless of whether you plan on starting your own backyard habitat, come interact with all creatures great and small in Filbert Street Garden's care, including the largest community beeyard in the State of Maryland, chickens, turkeys, goats, and many more.
