Only 14% of angel investors in the UK are women, and evidence shows that more diverse investor groups are much more likely to deploy capital into female-founded businesses, helping to improve access to funding for underrepresented entrepreneurs.
So, to remove friction for brilliant female-led businesses, this event helps women deepen their understanding of angel investment - what it is, how it works, where to start, and what's involved.
