Wie sieht der Arbeitsalltag in Österreich aus? Welche Gepflogenheiten und Werte prägen das Berufsleben, welche Verhaltensweisen werden geschätzt und welche sollte man eher vermeiden? Wie wird kommuniziert, wie organisiert man Arbeit und pflegt zwischenmenschliche Beziehungen in Büros und Institutionen? Diese und viele weitere Fragen beantwortet die Referentin Ines Vodanovic in einem interaktiven Vortrag, wobei sie praktische Tipps, spannende Beispiele aus dem Berufsleben in Österreich und ihre eigenen Erfahrungen teilt.
Die TeilnehmerInnen erfahren außerdem, wie ÖsterreicherInnen an berufliche Weiterentwicklung und Lernen herangehen, neue Fähigkeiten erwerben und sich gegenseitig am Arbeitsplatz unterstützen. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, aktiv an der Diskussion teilzunehmen, Fragen zu stellen und eigene Eindrücke zu teilen.
Ines Vodanovic: ist Market Director für Zentral- und Osteuropa bei der Austrian Business Agency – WORK in AUSTRIA, mit Sitz in Wien. In ihrer Rolle ist sie verantwortlich für die Förderung Österreichs als attraktives Ziel für internationale Fachkräfte und für die Bekanntmachung von Karrieremöglichkeiten und Lebensqualität in Österreich in Zentral- und Osteuropa. Sie arbeitet eng mit internationalen Talenten, Arbeitgebern und Partnern zusammen, um Orientierung und Unterstützung für Fachkräfte zu bieten, die Österreich als nächsten Karrierestandort und Lebensmittelpunkt in Betracht ziehen. Ines spricht regelmäßig auf internationalen Karrieremessen, Jobbörsen und Konferenzen zu Themen wie „Leben & Arbeiten in Österreich“, „Karrieremöglichkeiten in Österreich“ und „Inspiration für den Umzug“. Ihre Vorträge konzentrieren sich darauf, realistische Einblicke, praktische Orientierung und Hilfe bei der fundierten Entscheidungsfindung über die berufliche Zukunft in Österreich zu vermitteln. What does the everyday work life in Austria look like? What are the customs and values in the workplace, which behaviors are appreciated, and which should be avoided? How is communication handled, how is work organized, and how are interpersonal relationships built in offices and institutions? The speaker, Ines Vodanovic, will answer these and many other questions in an interactive lecture, sharing practical tips, engaging examples from professional life in Austria, and her own experiences.
Participants will also learn about the Austrian approach to professional development and learning, acquiring new skills, and mutual support in the workplace. They will have the opportunity to actively join the discussion, ask questions, and share their own observations.
Ines Vodanovic: is a Market Director for Central & Eastern Europe at the Austrian Business Agency – WORK in AUSTRIA, based in Vienna. In her role, she is responsible for promoting Austria as an attractive destination for international professionals and for building awareness of career opportunities and quality of life in Austria across Central and Eastern Europe. She works closely with international talent, employers, and partners to provide orientation and guidance for professionals considering Austria as their next career and life destination. Ines regularly speaks at international career events, job fairs, and conferences on topics such as Living & Working in Austria, Career Opportunities in Austria, and Relocation Inspiration. Her talks focus on providing realistic insights, practical orientation, and helping professionals make informed decisions about their future in Austria. With her international background and hands-on experience, she brings an authentic and approachable perspective to the topic of cross-border careers and mobility.
