Welcome to the "What is Love?" Fashion Show!
Join us at Stan Mansion for an unforgettable evening examining love through fashion. Witness runway designs that embody the essence of love in all its forms: functional and dysfunctional, romantic and realist, empowering and inhibiting.
The evening will open with live music and complimentary bubbly and end with a dance party featuring Chicago’s newest DJ, Leo Moon! This will be a night to experience, explore, and engage!
As humans, we can find ourselves grasping for love — seeking her in unfound spaces. Her presence and absence have influenced the greatest artists of our time, bringing out raw human emotion. From the beginning flickers of infatuation, the entanglement of codependence, following through to love’s sublime empowerment, this show unflinchingly and holistically showcases love’s intricate facets.
As is common with Scottie by Design's shows, expect to be immersed. This show will challenge you to reexamine love through fashion and will be set to a custom soundtrack produced by local DJ, Leo Moon.
