"This Is Me" Wellness Tour

This Is Me Wellness Tour is an interactive experience designed for girls ages 10–18—creating a safe and empowering space to learn, connect, and grow.

Through engaging workshops, creative labs, and guided activities, participants will explore self-expression, emotional wellness, and confidence-building in a supportive, judgment-free environment. From natural hair care and art to music, theater, and beauty labs, every session offers hands-on experiences to help girls understand themselves, manage stress, and express their unique identity.

Participants will leave with practical skills they can apply in everyday life, a stronger sense of self, and connections with peers who share similar experiences. Expect a fun, welcoming atmosphere with wellness resources, interactive discussions, and opportunities to reflect, create, and recharge.
