ONLY OPEN TO ATTORNEYS!
Hosted by the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence and Georgia Justice Project, join us on Friday, Feb. 27, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to learn impactful strategies for effectively representing criminalized survivors of abuse and trauma. Topics include:
- Litigation strategy under the Survivor Justice Act (pre-trial and post-conviction)
- Effectively working with expert witnesses
- Storytelling and developing a compelling narrative of abuse
- Trauma-Informed Practice
Please note:
- Lunch and CLE fees are included!
- CLE credit approval pending. Credit can only be given to Georgia lawyers, not lawyers from other states.
- This event is only open to ATTORNEYS. Please do not register if you are of any other discipline or are employed by any prosecutorial office.
