More About the Artists/Workshop:
Acclaimed Poets and Teaching Artists Davi Gray, Chavonn Shen, and Teresa Ortiz will lead the writing workshop. This event will also include a guided nature walk by Naturalist Jim Proctor. Composer JG Everest will install his 30-channel Sugarbush Sound Garden sound installation amongst the tall cottonwoods and other trees in the park, on the south shore of Powderhorn Lake, creating a dynamic and creative environment in which participants can respond to the moment and this sacred natural space in the heart of South Minneapolis.
