"Sankofa Story" Documentary Premiere Screening

What happens when young men and community elders unite in curiosity to share wisdom, faith, and stories? Join ConTextos Chicago and the MAAFA Redemption Project to find out at the world premiere of "Sankofa Story: Connection through Conversation," a collaborative documentary highlighting the importance of intergenerational storytelling.

This free, all ages premiere also includes an interactive panel featuring documentary subjects, facilitators, and creative team, along with a photobooth operated by the Darkroom Chicago. Food will also be provided.
