_____________________________________________"POSITION PLAY, THE FOUR SCENE TYPES" avec Paul Rabenowitz / @paul.rabenowitz
➡ Samedi 9 novembre - 15h-18h
Position Play is a powerful improvisation technique that helps performers make decisive choices, which can make or break a scene for the audience. It also equips performers to analyze why a scene might be faltering and how to refocus while still on stage.
Developed by Miles Stroth of The Pack Theatre and further refined by Brian O’Connell, Position Play simplifies scene work into four distinct types, offering a practical tool for creating more compelling scenes, whether comedic or dramatic.
This workshop will help you to recognize and execute each of the four scene types and analyze scenes to understand why they work or don’t.
