1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Make Your Own Art Journal (with guidance)
- Using paper, cardboard, and recycled materials, we’ll assemble and personalize our journals. Decorating the cover: it’s your journal, make it your way! Play with collage, doodles, or words that speak to you. Some journal making items will be prepped ahead of time so we can get down to the business of play!

2:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Art Journaling Exercise
- A guided journaling prompt exploring self-reflection & personal growth. We’ll layer colors, textures, and words to create a piece that represents different parts of ourselves. Use collage, paint, or simple sketches—however your creativity flows!

- A relaxed, go-at-your-own-pace creative session. Finish your journal, add pages, or start a new journaling prompt! Returning participants can continue adding to their existing journals. Need inspiration? I’ll have some extra prompts & techniques available!

- A chance to share (if you’d like!) what you created or discovered today. Reflection: What surprised you? What do you want to explore next? A few closing words + upcoming workshop announcements!
✨ A Note
- Remember: This isn’t about being an artist. It’s about showing up for yourself. It’s about giving yourself the time and space to play, and dream.
- I never want finances to be a barrier to healing and self-expression. If the $45 registration fee for this Art Journaling Workshop feels out of reach, I understand, and I want you there.
- I’ve added a Pay-What-You-Can Donation Ticket option—because this space is about healing, not hardship. Give what you’re able, and if that’s not much right now, that’s okay. Your presence is what matters most.
