Deepening Intimacy - A Conscious Partnering Workshop

Join us for the first playshop in our Conscious Partnering series.

Overview:

Better Communication -> Deeper Emotional Intimacy -> Better Sex

Deep intimacy requires deep trust - first in ourselves, then in our partner. We will use verbal and somatic practices that foster intimacy through a practice of intentional communication and touch. You will practice listening to your body, asking for what you want, listening deeply and not making assumptions. This workshop brings together practices from Dr. Betty Martin's Wheel of Consent and Margie and Audrey's experience facilitating Cuddle Tacoma, a consent and boundaries playshop.

Come join us to get hands on practice with tools that will help you and your partner:

• Improve the outcome of disagreements
• Reduce miscommunications and arguments
• Create a positive feedback loop in your relationship
• Increase your sense of trust and security with each other

This workshop is not for partners who are in crisis or are struggling to communicate calmly and kindly with one another.
